HOME INSPECTIONS:

Our home inspection process includes all major components of the home from the roof to the foundation as well as the surrounding grounds. We will check out the function of the heating and cooling systems, the electrical system, the plumbing, major appliances- everything you want to know when making a buying decision. You can expect our home inspection to last at least 2 hours, during which you are encouraged to attend our inspector (where safe) to see the findings first hand. We issue your report on-site at the end of the inspection so you can look it over while it's still fresh in your mind, with notes regarding areas of concern.
